I didn't look as closely as I should have. So it's my fault. But I can't use it in my car. There is no height adjustment. The top has full maneuverability. But you can't change the height. Other than that, this is a great unit. If they had a height adjuster I would use it. It's securely attached to my car. I kept safe any device I placed inside. I don't give it 3 stars for performance or quality but for lack of customization.

Strong bracket, holds the phone well. BUT, there's no flexibility in how to tilt the phone to easily pop it out of the cup holders under the dash and raise it to a comfortable level. The tilt of the phone cannot be changed - you can only swivel the holder up and down - therefore the height/position and tilt cannot be changed independently. Oops. (What it needs is a swivel/ball joint on the phone/tablet itself - you can only rotate, not tilt)

Bought this to use in my Nissan Titan pickup. My truck has fairly large cup holders, but this item fits perfectly. It has several positions and is adjustable in height. Fits perfectly on my Galaxy S9 Plus. Keeps it top and bottom rather than the sides, but it works well because it doesn't interfere with the side buttons. You can still charge it in the holder as it doesn't block the charging port. I've only had it for a few days, but it seems to be working great.

I love that this phone holder uses one of the many cup holders rather than being attached to my air vent or permanently attached to the dashboard or windshield. And I love the height he puts my phone at. However, I wish it had a little more flexibility; I thought it had one more joint than based on pictures on the web. Product works very well. The only downside is that while the item is width adjustable and rotatable, there is no depth adjustment of the holder. It will not adequately or firmly hold an item with an extended battery and case. If this were updated with a depth setting I would give it 5 stars. In addition, it adheres well to almost any static cup holder and maintains its position with an intact item. Don't try to take it off-road with that, but other than that it looks good. I've only had this holder for two days and I really like it! I have an old truck that doesn't have all the cool stuff that new cars have. So this is perfect for me. I also use it at work. Just got back from a month long hike in the mountains of eastern Oregon and northern Nevada and the tablet holder worked great. It was easy to set up, fit my Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 in a case easily, adjustment was easy, it took a heck of a lot of work and worked flawlessly throughout.
