Maclyn is an easy to use autoresponder service that allows you to create drip campaigns.

This tool is absolutely amazing! When I first signed up for Maclyn I was skeptical because I have never had any luck with a third-party autoresponder. After reading reviews from other customers and looking at their videos I decided to give Maclyn a try. My skepticism immediately went away when I saw the ease with which I could create my own drip campaigns. I love being able to create drip campaigns without having to write code. The reviews are really good and easy to read.

We love how informative the reviews are and so easy to read! Our favorite section has to be the case studies, which give us a lot of insight into other brands and the strategies they use. This gives us a sense of how we can best use MACLYN ourselves. I like that there's an email link at the bottom right corner where you get notified when someone leaves a comment or rating - this makes it very easy to contact them if necessary.   • Great user experience; everything from navigation, sign-in to data analysis is clear, intuitive and straightforward
  • Easy access to our data; we can do everything through the dashboard and the data export/upload features make it easy to transfer the data to another platform if required
Cons
  • There's no feature for tracking new comments; sometimes it feels like we're always being bombarded by the same people asking for more data or requesting support (we already provide the most data possible)
  • No report for clients or product owners; no way to track the status of requests or communications

Great experience overall. Creative Director was awesome. She made us look great, and gave us direction on how to best communicate our message. She understood our needs, and helped us get exactly what we wanted, when we wanted it. Overall great experience, would definitely use them again! My only regret is I wish they could handle more than one account at once.
