Not recommended.

It wasn't very easy. I was expecting it to be suitable for beginners as described. Directions are confusing. I would suggest another set.

Big mistake

Knotted 5 square knots and loose twine. See photo. The instructions are not clear. Says to cut 8 cords and later mentions he uses 2 other cords that never let you cut them. Instructions in broken English. What am I supposed to do with it now that this cord is completely unraveled? I lost money here.

Not for Beginners

This set is definitely NOT suitable for beginners. The instruction manual that comes with it is useless and the video you are referred to is useless even for a beginner. We had to search YouTube for other videos with clear instructions. The materials in the kit appear to be good and would work well for macrame, but this is not a kit for beginners.
