Heats up well but the whistle doesn't sit properly on the spout so it sounds more like a bird coughing. Ah, well, as long as I can heat the water, I'm fine.

This kettle is light weight and heats water well, my only gripe is that sometimes it doesn't whistle so you have to guess when it will finish.

It's listed as dishwasher safe, which seems to be true, but even trying to put it in a dishwasher basket irritated the handle so much that it looked: loafers, that's already looking so old .

Worked well for some time. But unfortunately it started dripping from below and had to be disposed of. I always drain the remaining water after each use so it doesn't collect well and break the seal quickly.

I love this kettle! Easy to clean, durable and looks fantastic. This is my sixth kettle in 20 years and my favorite so far. I use it several times a week if not every day during the winter and it's holding up great and still looking new.

Adorable compact teapot with cute size. At 2 liters, it's perfect for one or two people. It complements my apartment and looks great on my 4 burner stove. I plan to get another one for my camper. Mine doesn't whistle either, but judging by other reviews I wasn't expecting that. The lid is tight so there are no problems with it falling off when pouring. The silicone handle gets warm when heated, but not so much that I needed an oven mitt. All in all very valuable.
