Very good vacuum. What I particularly like is that it seals Mylar bags and smooth plastic bags. Most other vacuum sealers cannot do this. I've used it over a dozen times since I received it. Wonderful!

I'm not sure if the machine is used by these other people but the thing doesn't work. HE SUCKS THE AIR JUST WELL BUT WHEN HE SUCKS THE NOZZLE BACK OUT OF THE PACKAGE THE AIR COMES BACK. IT ENSURE THAT IT WILL BE. TERRIBLE DESIGN. VERY DISSATISFIED.

I love it! I was looking for something to make test tube canning with. Chamber vacuums are huge, expensive and heavy. I've seen this one work with "chamber bags" and had an adjustable sealing time. Processed 17 bags of pre-cooked meatballs with Magic Seal today. Only one didn't seal, and that was my fault. Opened before seal was applied. Try again but failed in autoclave. I used 8 ounce retort pouches. Very happy with my purchase.

Such a great product, two years ago I used other brand machines but the seal line is so thin compared to the original pre-sealed edge , it was terrible! However, this sealed MAGICSEAL line is almost as wide as the pre-sealed rim! No other machine brands can compete with this product! This is the fourth vacuum sealer I've tried in the last month. This is by far the best. Let's start with the fact that it is very durable. It has properties that no other sealant I have used has. For example, the vacuum time and the sealing time can be adjusted by the user. Of course, you'll have to experiment to find the optimal time for each food (or item) you're packing. I love this vacuum sealer. I've tried to come up with "hacks" to use smooth vacuum bags with a vacuum setting, but they've never worked so well. Trade units for fancy packaging are also a stroke of luck, so an unattractive result anyway. This sealer does its job really well. The suction is strong and you can vary both the suction time and the sealing time which is great for different items and I guess different bags (I've only ever used one type).
