1995 CIVIC LX on spares

Very pleased with the quality passed the emissions test length 17" but the three bolt rear floating flange needs welding before installation. If your car has a header, buy two bolts half and an inch longer than stock, two washers and four nuts for a two bolt flange, leave the original springs, they work fine.

Pros
  • Best in class
Cons
  • Drill package

Rattling at idle for exhaust and emissions

94 acura integra rs. After installation, there was a strong knocking at idle. I brought it back to the store and they checked for clearance. There was plenty of space underneath. It's just an inferior cat. Wouldn't recommend unless you like the sound of a metallic rumble downstairs when stuck in traffic. Kinda awkward. Had to weld an extra inch to fit. I'm switching to an OEM replacement from Autozone.

Good converter, the best of the catalytic converters and parts

I replaced the complete exhaust system on my '95 Honda Accord with 169.00 miles on the odometer. I put in a manifold, this high flow converter and a high flow muffler. The converter could be used without problems. And the car runs much better than with the standard system. The engine seems to do the same amount of work with less effort. Magnaflow claims their transducers have 40% more airflow than a standard transducer. It seems true. I'm happy with mine and Revain had the best price.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Ugly welds and a cheap product. Disappointed with Magnaflow.

Edit: After speaking to the Magnaflow customer service number (said it was a tech when they replied) they informed me it was a counterfeit product if the cat didn't communicate Magnaflow's name is stamped. Well, there is no Magnaflow stamp anywhere on this product. So, according to Magnaflow itself, this is not a real product. It says here that Magnaflow sells it here. I'm not sure why counterfeit products are being sent, but be careful. ****Original Review The welds on this thing aren't the…
