Non-Toxic Magnetic Educational Stacking Building Review

Cool. I like both sizes very much, although with a larger set you get a little more for your money. My project is to make one big tetrahedron out of 120 smaller ones. It's easy to do with magnetic sticks and non-magnetized balls. I wish they had 10 colors instead of 9, but that wouldn't matter for most projects.

My 5 year old son just discovered magnetic toys after Grandma pulled out a full bucket of them. We decided to get her and see how he liked her. What a hit! He's obsessed. I love watching his creative side. He made the pyramid shown in the photo. You need to invest in additional magnetic toys for him. I liked that it came with a pouch but we will keep it in the box as it is a nice sturdy box.

My son loves to play with this especially other toys, building animal houses, creating shapes and designs and even just spinning them on ball bearings. These are very strong magnets and the simplicity of these magnetic bars + ball bearings means they will last a long time. Apart from the loss of a few small parts, there is nothing that could break. This is the kind of toy that can grow with your child. Building blocks and building materials are interesting for all ages.

I have seen on this site or others that people give them a low rating because the balls are small and not for small children. READ the description, it says they are 1/2 inch.
