The product is quite heavy to hold reasonable items. The magnet on the arms that connect to the base is very strong and doesn't move. The light is bright and has different modes so you can see objects in different light. Very good.

Ideal for holding or supporting while soldering. The magnets hold the record well. sufficient magnification. The light needs USB for power. No plug is supplied, so you'll need a nearby USB port if you want to use the light. I like the freedom of movement of the holders. Clips attach easily to objects and hold well.

The first thing that struck me was the weight of the box this item arrived in. Shackles and alligator clips: all for heavy duty applications. All components are attached to the deck with powerful magnets and are easy to adjust exactly as required for each application. I didn't use a backlight or a magnifying glass, but this is just an ingenious solution: I can put the board in almost any position and make it solid.
