I think this belt has completely changed my disc problems. Before using this belt I was barely able to do my job which requires 6-8 hours a day. I still use it when I work. I bet 5 🌟

The magnets in this belt are strong, but the belt itself is weak so it doesn't fit snugly around the back and waist. I have bought several types of these magnetic tapes and this one was disappointing. If it is not tight or snug, it is useless to wear.

Great build. A little stiff but fragile. Lots of strong magnets. Would have given 5 stars except for inflammation and back pain the north side of the magnets should face in. And I've checked with a compass and it's the other way around -- most, if not all, are pointing in the same direction as the South Pole. So I just use it inside out and it works fine.

I love this belt! You don't have to worry about it being strong enough to strengthen your back. This one is very powerful. It really takes the pain away. The first time I ordered a large one that goes around my waist. Then I ordered the medium to go around my torso. Because my upper back hurts a lot. Too bad I don't have a medium rise. Because I need it a little tighter, but it doesn't have enough velcro to tighten it.

This magnetic belt has helped me golf and gardening. It also keeps my lower back warm so I can bend freely. The magnetic function is to relieve lower back pain and at this early stage of use I'm beginning to understand that the pain is relieved. My only downside is that the front Velcro needs to be supplemented with a stronger locking mechanism. Second, I'm wondering if the magnet group should be in the front, my old magnet belt has that feature.
