This is the best car phone mount I have ever used. In the past I've used the mount that came with the outlet and phone mount and it kept falling out while driving. I drive my car a lot for work and want it to be easily accessible for directions and conference calls. After I received this product I waited a bit to see how it works. I have to say that I was initially a bit worried that it would hold up my XS Max as it is heavier. To my surprise, it holds my phone pretty well and doesn't let me down.
