My son is 4 years old and I ordered the small one for him and it fits perfectly. So I would say the size is small - it's 4T exactly. It's really good quality

Good quality material and graphics. Remember that the mask has sharp edges. They had to be sanded down. We did this with an emery board and a sanding block. Our grandson is 2 1/2 years old, we bought a little one and he has room to grow. The sleeves are a little longer, the legs are rolled up three times. He is medium height. Hope that helps. Another problem is getting him to take it off.
