Worked well and as expected to use this product you will need to make a small change to the configuration file on the Raspberry Pi SD card but most considering this purchase would probably be aware of this and would be able to do so. . I've used it to drive a real standard definition (CGA/240P/15kHz refresh rate) CRT arcade monitor and it works great for that purpose.

The fittings themselves are very good, solid. The software and support are outdated and somewhat non-functional. To make it work on the 64-bit version, you'll find that you (yourself). Required Packages: There is a preconfigured 32-bit Raspbian desktop image. However, all sources refer to Chinese sources. And when you create your own OS, you'll find that you can't use Pi wiring or compile on a 64-bit OS.

I had a really hard time getting this fan to work! I'm not new either! I use Gentoo on all my laptops, work computers and all my Raspberry Pis. I've also been writing software for 15 years. I had to change some python code, create some custom ebuilds to compile custom software to make I2C work, and change a bunch of configuration files. If you don't have problems with that then this fan is great, but if you are a beginner I would suggest getting another fan.

This is great value for money but as others have said the code is not the best. A few quick notes that will hopefully save you some time. Everyone who sees this thing is impressed. You no longer have to worry about the high CPU usage emulation baking your poor little overclocked, overclocked and overwhelmed Raspberry Pi 4. I'm not an experienced programmer and I'm struggling with it. I can usually follow instructions and copy/paste commands, but I feel the instructions should be revised to be much easier.
