Don't take her, don't keep her

I love Makita in general! I've survived Milwaukee drills left and right and I have a ton of tools. But this blade sucks and costs more than Milwaukee blades that last longer. I only made it halfway through a 4" pipe.

  • Saw blades, parts and accessories
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Load it right!: Power Tool Parts & Accessories

Anyone who gave these blades a bad review put them in the tool the wrong way round. I know this because despite being a home builder and drug addict for over 36 years, I made the same mistake. Once properly loaded, the tool and blade exceeded my expectations.

Pros
  • Power Tool Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • High Price

Do your teeth seem twisted?

I have a Makita BPB180 and the included blade has teeth for cutting clockwise when I look up. This replacement is made for Makita and even came in a Makita box, but the blade is serrated on the back. I'm not an expert and I don't understand all Makita band saws, but maybe I have a model to order? The tooth difference is 24 TPI compared to my 18 TPI. Just thought I was posting to save someone some time. Blade quality is good. I also thought maybe someone bought this blade and swapped it out in…
