Type of review

I purchased this bit for industrial work and expected better quality .Through trial and error I found that the bit wore down quickly and became dull after only a few uses. The cuts were rough and inconsistent, which caused frustration and wasted time on the job. The only pro IS that the bit fit well into my drill. The major con is the poor performance and durability. I do not recommend this product for serious industrial drilling projects..

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other SDS Max bits on the market

Impressive Performance

The Makita industrial drill bit I used was phenomenal. The cutting speed was excellent, and it easily penetrated hard surfaces. According to my experience, it's durable and offers a precise, CLEAN finish .The bit`s carbide material endures heavy-duty use, and the drill is compatible with multiple standard chucks. However, the bit's high price tag may not be feasible for everyone..

Pros
  • Efficient and fast drilling due to 6-cutting edges
Cons
  • May wear out faster than bits with fewer cutting edges due to increased use

Works great but breaks easily

I've used about 6 of these and the speed at which you drill holes is fantastic but they break easily. I usually make 20 holes without breaking and maybe 10 more before it completely collapses.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No automatic
