Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

It makes holes like cheese in butter, so 90% of questions arise only about the quality of consumables. And as it turned out, Makitov's drills are not so good. The ATV system (anti-vibration) is not a panacea, but the hands do not fall off after a whole day of work. I'm definitely happy that I immediately bought a good instrument that will outlive me :)

Pros
  • Unpretentious, powerful and convenient tool. He is one of those that you want to take and make a hole in something once again :) A good set was included: 5 drills, a nozzle for a vacuum cleaner. The cord is long, rubber, and during the repair in the winter on the balcony it was not dubbed. Withstood comic overloads when I strobe reinforced concrete walls, making strobes for wiring and holes for socket boxes.
Cons
  • Not a very convenient case, each time you have to contrive to lay the cord.

A great addition to your tool arsenal!

My husband is a general contractor and was looking for something that could REALLY cut granite like all the other tools advertised that will do it but they don't but this grinder with one The stone cutting blade purchased separately did an amazing job of cutting a granite countertop that had to be cut to allow a dishwasher to fit under the granite countertop! He is very happy with his purchase!

He's hard as stone! (Update)

I bought these after the smaller brand "Universal" broke. I was unlucky and the front bullets fell off its tip, after the restoration it suffered badly from the destruction of bricks and tiles, it is strong and powerful, and now almost 3 years later I can confirm that it is a bulldozer, I was able to drill through granite. or open holes through 30-year-old 8-inch concrete-cured platforms, this drill bit will go through almost anything it's given, a real performer.

The impact drill, like all Makita tools, worked great for up to 20 minutes.

The hammer drill, like all Makita tools, worked great until 20 minutes after the first light drill the depth gauge mechanism began to fail. It no longer slips or catches on the depth gauge bar teeth. Unacceptable for only 20 minutes use. Unacceptable for instrumental period Makita. The return/exchange process seems to go very smoothly so far so I'm hoping the seller will go through with it. I will update this review after I change the tool
