My business partner is overseas, but this platform has helped solidify remote collaboration

I like how we can connect directly from anywhere in the world with all our friends. The main difficulty for me personally was finding new people to meet and make connections with while working remotely via video chat. It helps keep my social life consistent even if I've not met face-to-face. It also makes it easy to take advantage of work/remote-friendly holidays. There are still issues like time lags between responses and delays. The service sometimes doesn't feel as responsive or personalised

  • The interface can be improved, especially the lag that occurs between the video and the audio
