The description says 8 x 10 but it's just the outside front. Where you insert the image was 11 x 9 or larger. I had to go back.

I don't like that the frame is LARGER than 5x7, there are no guides to center the 5x5 substrate. Lots of fiddling with tape to attach the mat to the glass. The 5x7 frame must match the 5x7 image exactly

Haven't decided yet to keep, return or exchange. Disappointed that they sent a solid gold frame when I ordered a gold frame with silver beads. Not sure if the wall mount loop on the back of this frame will hold up. If you need a desktop showcase, this is a good choice.

I loved that this is a bronze frame which is hard to find in metal. It goes well with brown wood tones and can also be combined with silver frames due to the silver beads. I prefer metal frames and this bronze color was perfect for what I needed it for. I am very happy with it.

It's hard to tell from a photo if the frame looks and feels right. This one does. It's well built and looks good. The only thing I didn't like is that it's larger than 5x7 at the bottom, which means you have to attach the photo to something to hold it in place. I pasted my photo onto a perfectly sized sheet of paper with a placeholder image.

Beautiful and well-made frames. Strangely, the display area for framed photos is only 3.5 x 5.5 inches. They were well packaged and arrived undamaged and in good condition. UPDATE 10/10/2016: I was so impressed with the frames I received on my first order that I have ordered two more. Again, they were superbly packaged and individually wrapped.

Not happy with the open side on the back where you stick your photo. I mean the hook is at the top of the frame and the image/material insert is at the bottom. If the pressure between the picture and the materials is too little, the picture will fall out from below and you will have to stuff more cardboard. I'd rather see the insert/opening on the side of the frame than underneath. Or a way to close the "lip" on the bottom to secure it.

They are said to be made to be hung on the wall. Only buy it if you plan to place it on a flat surface using the included kickstand on the back. One end is open and there is no good way to keep everything from falling out. You'll need to use the extra pressure of the cardboard along with the tension of the hanging bracket to keep everything in place. I bought three of these and finally gave up when after the third break the glass shattered everywhere. You will be returned.

WHAT I LOVE: This frame is very attractive, the design is elegant, simple, looks high quality - definitely looks like I paid more. The frame is made of metal with a brushed silver rim.
