Unreliable Tool, Not Worth The Investment

Arts and crafts enthusiasts, save your money and avoid this tool. When I tried this product, it produced inconsistent results and made my jewelry-making efforts more challenging than necessary. The only positive aspect was the lightweight design, but it simply cannot make up for the lack of reliability in measuring accurate mandrel sizes. Save yourself the frustration and look for a better option.

It has gaps in it

So it's a pretty good size the only thing is that there are grooves on both sides that also make the rings bend so they come out square so you fix them need to put that on your rings and just shape it back into a circle, but other than that it's pretty good

Good value for money

This mandrel is made of plastic and is therefore light. Size markings are clear. The area where the marker will be made is flat so it won't form a perfect circle unless you reverse the wire. I think it's a good tool for a beginner. I have used it several times and have been happy with the results.
