Mane 'n Tail and Body Shampoo 1 Gallon: Ensuring Ultimate Hair and Body Care Review

I've been using a mane and tail for about a year and get so many compliments on how shiny my hair is. I have recommended it to so many friends/family members and they all use it now. I bought a shampoo for my long hair during a campaign. Definitely a damn good shampoo. I have "normal" hair and can go two days without looking greasy. It cleans my hair really well, I can hear my hair creaking when I get out of the shower. I would suggest if you have long hair use a conditioner to help with tangles. I towel dry my hair, that could also be a factor in my tangles.
