I love the rugs, the style, the colors, but the 7ft x 10ft rug had a factory defect so instead of rolling this large rug and hauling it to a returns center, I contacted the company directly. They offered to send me a new carpet which I am still waiting for over a month later. I contacted them several times and if they had the same honesty as excuses I wouldn't write this negative review. I ordered 2 gray kitchen mats and the color is exactly as described. Very pretty! The mats lay flat, didn't shift, were rolled up and well packaged in thick plastic. These rugs are not thick, making them the perfect non-slip accent for your kitchen floor. If you are looking for a thick rug, this is not the right choice. I need a rug for the inside of my office door and it works great. It's the perfect size for the room, it's low profile so the door and my botvac slide through easily, non-slip, soft but not slippery on my feet. Can't comment on stain resistance or ease of cleaning as I just vacuum it and don't spill. I also found the price reasonable. Time will tell how durable it is. Maple rugs are THE BEST. The corners don't crease, they're thin, but they don't look cheap. Our Dyson vacuum can't handle some other carpets, but it does a great job. which makes life a lot easier. Thanks to the very grippy underside, they stay where they are put. I have 2 children, 2 dogs, a cat and a husband. Needless to say, our floors get dirty.
