Fits the old filter downspout perfectly, looks great and helps the filter sink into my tall 30 gallon octagonal tank for better circulation.

I have a deep tank and need an extension. I considered making my own extension tube, but that would have cost me more materials and fiddling. Buy it when you need it.

These intake manifold extenders work well with my HOT Magnum filter. it should be so. The tank now looks cleaner and the automatic feed no longer clogs the filter. Looks like a good product at a good price!

Works as it should but could look better. My aquarium is tall but rather narrow. I had a bubbler on one end and a filter as far as it went, but it still sucked in air bubbles and then lost the vacuum and started running loudly, pumping out tiny air bubbles. I bought this as a fairly cheap solution. The filter inlet is now much closer to the gravel, still close to the bubbler but at the point where all the bubbles are closer together. I no longer have the vacuum loss problem. So it got better…
