My Marineland Eclipse 3 system has been working great for 15 years but is no longer in production. Decided to replace some of the original parts while they are available. This impeller (along with a few other parts) rejuvenated my system. Still works smoothly and quietly.

Arrived in 3 days, what a relief! The fish was without a filter and air (although I have live plants). The quality corresponded to the original from Marineland. Impeller arrived quickly and well packaged. This impeller (PE3.PR3089-931 (orange) Marineland impeller assembly) Eclipse 3 hood impeller assembly was purchased for a Marineland PR3082-931.PFE3 pump motor. The unit appears to be of very good quality and has been running continuously in a 30 gallon fresh water tank for about 6 months. I am very satisfied with this product.

Great OEM cowl part for Marineland Eclipse 3. My reservoir is 8 years old and the pump started making noise so I looked for a replacement impeller. It was cheaper through Revain Prime as I didn't need a large enough order from Marineland to get free shipping. The part was replaced and my pump is running smooth and quiet again.

When I ordered this item the seller sent me TWO wheels and both arrived broken. They were only packaged in a yellow envelope in a plastic bag, causing the two orange blades to break during shipping. Both wheels were damaged. Although the impeller works in the filter, it affects the flow of the water, which makes it more dangerous for the fish living in the aquarium. Incidentally, this is the third time in the last year that this has been replaced. I can't say there are any flaws in the main unit here. If you look closely you'll notice that the ends have removable black rubber caps that reduce friction and noise.
