Description of πŸ† Master the Markwort Perfect Stride for Optimal Performance

Learn proper swing fundamentals. Train to stay square and parallel with the rear foot all the way through the swing. Learn to stop from opening up the hips and shoulders prematurely, which pulls the head off the ball. Solve problems with overstriding, lunging to the ball and stepping out. Velcro ankle strap attaches to back foot, and toe strap attaches to lead foot. *Fully adjustable wit.

Poorly Done: Exercise Equipment

Used this twice with my 6 year old who is about 45lbs. two steps later it seems to have snapped. Returned this item quickly.

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Nothing Here

Cheaply made, best in the sport

Broke within the first week of use. Read the reviews, this product is guaranteed to break. My daughter is 11 years old, weighs 65 pounds, does not take long strides on the swing, poor build quality results in this item ripping at the seams.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Fits

how to solve the puzzle.

This item does what it's supposed to do (restricts stride length, thus forcing more attention to utilize trunk rotation and good things in the swing). You'll have to figure out how it works, though, since you only get an ankle bracelet and a strap. Instructions? You don't need smelly instructions. So you won't get anything.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Works like you thought.

Looking at other reviews, direction is a big issue. Rschunimagu. If you don't know how to use it, an open swing/swing is the least of your worries. Very simple and easy to use. It fits my 10 year old perfectly and keeps his front leg from opening. Also stops excessive steps. We've only used it once but it looks well made and looks like it will hold up.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks
