We are a small agency, but love working with Marmalade.

We are a small agency, but love working with Marmalade. We first used their platform to design our website. Then later to manage our social media presence. We also use them to automate our email campaigns. So far, everything has gone well. The platform is easy to use and provides us with all the necessary information to run our business efficiently. I would definitely recommend them. I am impressed with how much functionality they provide within their software without making it too complicated.

Pros
  • Easy to setup and use
  • Great platform for a variety of functions such as managing social media, managing emails, etc.
Cons
  • A little pricey
  • No one person really knows what everything does, so we can't really be sure about the functions of each feature (not saying that there aren't any features that don't work)

We had a logo created recently and used this to create a website that was responsive and user friendly.

We had a logo created recently and used this to create a website that was responsive and user friendly. This was great because our site now looks exactly how we want it to and mobile traffic has gone up. It’s a simple site so we didn’t have to worry about any technical issues and the level of service provided was amazing. There was only ever one point of contact throughout the whole process which meant we never got lost in translation. We love our new logo and are looking forward to updating…

Social Media Manager is a web based application that allows you to manage multiple social media profiles.

I'm struggling to understand what the benefits are. This software is marketed as 'Social Media Management', yet it does not allow users to schedule posts to social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). It also doesn't offer analytics for any social network. All in all, it's not very user friendly, and is very expensive compared to other platforms.
