The tool works well - just enough leverage to adjust the seat, a computer on the steering wheel - and even a Phillips screwdriver works well.

It's just the right size and with a screwdriver, corkscrew and bottle opener it's almost like a swiss army knife. Makes a good stocking pad for every cyclist on your list this year.

I bought this tool in my husband's travel kit and he loves it - he even chose to use it for a few repairs in the garage alongside our 'real' tools. The wooden handle makes it a pretty comfortable grip when you're using it, and the construction feels really solid. My own multi tool is cheap and similar in design, but after a few uses you'll need to use another tool to tighten the screws or it will fall apart - I don't expect that will ever happen with this one.

It's not the lightest part on the bike, weighing almost half a pound, but in this case it's good. It feels like this thing is built like a tank. In all honesty, there's a lot to be said for the value of peace of mind that comes with confidence in your gear. This product appears to be EXTREMELY durable. I can't bend the chassis with my hands at all. The wood on the side looks great, I thought it was plastic with a wood grain finish, but it's definitely real wood. I have a little darker than the picture in the catalog.
