A powerful and flexible document management system

The user interface is very easy to use, with drag-and drop functionality that's intuitive even if you're not familiarized yet with this tool (I'm new in it). Easy access from any desktop computer or mobile device makes things easier than ever! Not much I dislike at all; everything seems perfect so far as an email marketing platform goes. We are using massmailer docs because we need a way of storing PDF files easily accessible through our website without having them saved locally within emails…

Pros
  • Very functional program for managing customer database records including contact info along side documents uploaded into system.very simple UI..easy data collection..ability download pdf attachments directly inside web application instead being required separately upload same attachment again when sending mailings back thru mailing software such MS Office Outlook...etc etc....as well ability keep track record history information
Cons
  • Some difficulties

One stop solution storing documents and easy retrieval !

The ease of use, flexibility to store files in multiple locations including SFDC is one feature that I love as it helps me get my job done without having hassle related with attachments getting lost or misplaced! Nothing really comes across this product which makes us dislike at all times when we used mass mailer docs so far but if you are looking out for such products then definitely give them try!! We have been using MASS MAILER DOCS TO STORE FILES IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS INCLUDING SALFORCE…

Pros
  • Multi platform access
  • Highly flexible tool allowing users like myself who does not need advanced technical skills
Cons
  • Some problems

Very good tool especially designed keeping security topmost

The MassMailer Docs app has been very useful for our team. The app allows us to store and access our documents in a secure way. It is very easy to use and you can share files with the rest of the team. The app is very flexible, you can store almost any type of document in it. I wish it could be better integrated with the Salesforce app. I would like to be able to use it with both apps. The app is great for storing and sharing documents. It has allowed us to store and access documents that were…

Pros
  • Easy interface which makes uploading or accessing information from this device really fast! Allows me quick file upload/download without being stuck navigating multiple folders through Microsoft Windows Explorer style view structure navigation method no more scrolling back & forth just looking up my last location before starting over again..etc etc..Great service !!! Well done!!! :D : )
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

MassMailer Docs - Very helpful for B2B Marketing

The best part is I can send bulk emails in minutes using massmailing software,it's an easy to use tool which makes it very useful when you are sending large amount of email at one go without any hassle or errors as compared with other tools like mailchimp etc.. It has got all features required by me but i am not able too say anything about its UI design because that looks good only from outside perspective so if u want something new then try this out otherwise stick wth your current system…

Pros
  • Easy way o create campaigns
  • Large variety off templates available for free download to be used immediately even before downloading them directly into my account itself just great customer service :)
  • And most important there would never been backpressure issue while deploying high volume data traffic
Cons
  • Nothing here
