Not very happy with this item, does not cut the dough as well as I would like. The knives are very dull and won't cut through the dough and the round die broke after the first use. Don't waste money.

I mainly ordered this to cut pasta for my homemade lasagna. It was just awful. The blade is very dull and didn't cut through my lasagna sheet. I went back and forth, back and forth, until it finally cut through the dough but left it as a shredded mess. I didn't double the dough either, it was a lasagna sheet. Pasta dough is denser than something like cake dough and needs a sharp cutter, and that cutter is terrible for pasta dough. It also feels cheaply made. i will return it

Avoid this ravioli cutter! As you can see in the photo, it doesn't cut through to the end and isn't level. I made pasta sheets from scratch using one of the lowest levels. I had to fight to cut it.
