Avoid this ravioli cutter! As you can see in the photo, it doesn't cut through to the end and isn't level. I made pasta sheets from scratch using one of the lowest levels. I had to fight to cut it. I pushed straight down and hard, it still didn't quite cut through. What should have taken a few minutes to cut the ravioli took almost 30 minutes. The dough did not separate and had to be cut into pieces with a knife. UPDATE: After just using the cutter, everything was the same, if not worse. As you can't see from the picture above, this is NOT SHARP! It makes indentations, but you still CANNOT spread the batter evenly.
