Description of Master Magnetics RC RB80X25 Fastener Diameter

Designed to cover one side of round base magnet fastener measuring 2.65" Diameter. Magnet holds 40 pounds with cover on contact with 1/4" thick, flat, smooth ferrous plate in a vertical test, 50% less on vertical surface holding against sliding force, and less on steel with paint. Protective rubber cover prevents scratching but reduces round base magnet fastener's pounds of pull to 40 pounds. For indoors and outdoors applications at temperatures between -10 degrees and 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Exceptional Industrial Magnet

This industrial magnet performs exceptionally well in holding heavy materials together. Through trial and error, I found that it can handle a large amount of weight without losing its grip... Its compact size makes it easy to store and transport. The only downside is that it can be difficult to remove from surfaces but that just shows how strong its hold is. Overall, it's a great investment for any material handling needs..

Low cost and appears to be made of durable material.

So far so good. I use a lot of these on my tow truck's tow lights, and most vendors are pretty expensive. It's like a dollar a piece. The rubber material seems to be quite durable.
