Sheet set arrived, looks NICE. Very nice packaging and when opened the sheets feel luxurious and soft. However, after one wash I thought I washed the paper towel along with the sheets, there was white trash everywhere, the sheets just fell apart. and after the sheets had dried they looked two years old, completely rolled up and completely losing their softness. as a result, new sheets feel very old and used after just one wash. and they are no longer soft and are quite prickly on them.

Although the description says they are machine washable, the label on the sheets says they can only be hand washed and dried horizontally. Hmm, which clinic has the time and space for that? I tried machine washing and drying them because it wasn't practical or economical to return them. They seemed to hold up through a wash and dry well, but I've never seen so much lint in my life.
