Great product!: Car Backup Cameras

Just installed this on my 2018 Colorado. In fact, it was easier to install than expected and works great. The only thing I would suggest is if the company could make some videos on how to install it. It was hard to find such a video on YouTube. but the product itself was great!

This camera restored the backup look of how it was when the car was new.

My original rear view camera produced a very blurry image of such poor quality that it was almost impossible to use. The new camera I bought fitted just like the original, only took 30-45 minutes to install and the picture quality is back to how it was when my GMC Canyon was new. I am very happy with the camera and the buying experience.

Better original.

I agree with Mike B. This camera is much better than the stock camera. Disconnecting the camera connector was the hardest part of the whole replacement. If necessary, use a flathead screwdriver to push back the red locking tab. Then press the black bar (see photo) and disconnect the connector. Remove the red securing tab and insert it into the new camera connector. Plug in the new camera, making sure the connector clicks into place, and push the red tab forward to lock it in place.

The image on the display of my standard camera was blurry. This one is way better. The OEM camera cable was fully protected, but this one was only partially protected. I cut off some of the protection from the old one and use tape to attach it to the new wire. It was probably okay, but I didn't want to risk it. I spent more time learning how to disassemble the connector than installing the camera. Remove the license plate first to make the connector easier to access. Pull the red tab out a…

Better than stock Best in automotive electronics

I bought this direct from their site vs Amazon but had a hard time finding reviews. If you are not happy with the quality of your Colorado 2016+'s stock camera that doesn't have a stock HD camera system, this is a good option. It's not HD because the display doesn't support it, but it's significantly better. The biggest update is Noise in the Dark. Noise occurs when pictures or videos become very blurry in the dark because the sensor is working too hard to pick up the light. I found this camera
