Doesn't get hot enough to melt anything. Or even keep them warm. I ended up putting cheese and chocolate on the stove instead. Very cheaply made.

I wanted this for a meeting. I melted the chocolate in the microwave because of my impatience. But the heating option held the chocolate perfectly and received rave reviews at the party. Highly recommended

Easy to use. However, the heat output is only 25 watts and it took 30 minutes between heating and melting the chocolate before we could start dipping. Once melted it retained a nice chocolate consistency.

This is a nice little chocolate fondue set (the box also says cheese, we haven't tried it but I can see it works). It is very easy to set up and very easy to clean. I recommend melting the chocolate in the microwave first to save some time. recommended

I read the reviews before buying and they were good enough to buy the product. It's SMALL, it's cheap and doesn't get very hot, you have to heat everything you do to put it on first, and then it can get warm. Holds less than a cup of liquid. I do not recommend buying.

We bought this for our dessert for Valentine's Day. It was easy to use and if you follow the instructions the chocolate will come out perfect. We actually used small chocolate chips from the grocery store's bakery section instead of melted chocolate and it worked great. easy to clean. We can't wait to use it again!

It was easy to assemble, clean etc. It's as basic as it gets in terms of functionality but my melted chocolate I have on the stove Often the bottom was too warm and burnt, and the top was too thick to be easily dipped in chocolate. You have to shovel properly, and depending on what it was, the food broke or fell off the forks. Not impressed but very easy to use.
