Lack of elementary quality control.

Quality control does not appear to be part of this set. All aluminum adapters but one were damaged in one way or another, with most of them having dents and scratches on the case both before and after anodizing. Others still had metal shavings from the manufacturing process or were not fully finished. Considering this is a pressure test kit for a sealed system, these metal shavings can work loose and clog radiator passages and get stuck in thermostats. Not what I want to see from a new tool…

Leaking quick couplers so reduced pressure readings may not indicate a coolant leak.

First time use of a brand new product I installed a radiator cap adapter on my Honda Civic to check for a possible coolant leak. I attached the hand pump quick connector to the radiator cap and began pressurizing the system. Air began to leak immediately after the quick coupler. I was only able to pressurize 10lbs on the first try and when I wiggled the quick connect to prevent leakage the pressure had dropped to 8lbs.
