100% Cotton. Made in the USA and Imported. This 8 x 14" is part of our ROOT-3 RECTANGLE series. Canvas Depth: 1-1/2", Canvas relief: 1/2" (Space between canvas and Bar). Sausalito is our #12 heavy weight cotton duck canvas finished at 14 oz. sized and double primed with archival quality acrylic gesso, producing an excellent barrier and ground for your oil, acrylic, and alkyd paints. It has a robust paint-gripping surface texture and rugged body, ideal for heavy paint or impasto. Solid Pine or Fir Stretcher Bars from the sustainable forests of the Pacific Northwest. No finger joints are allowed, which tend to fail under pressure and over time.
