Updated August 31, 2021 I understand why they say the soft side is soft. After sleeping on it for a while I say that my original rating has changed from 8/10 for firmness on the soft side to 7/10. In fact, it does soften up a bit after a few weeks of sleep. So it seems like average at first, but after a while it softens a bit.
