Disappointing Golf Training Aid

According to my experience, this product did not improve my swing at all. The weight feels awkward and unbalanced, and I found it more distracting than helpful. However, the construction is sturdy and durable. Overall, I would not recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their golf game. Sports and Outdoors enthusiasts should consider other training aids.

Pros
  • Helps improve swing mechanics and strength
Cons
  • May not be effective for all golfers or may lead to overuse injuries if not used correctly

Better with a plain donut.

I bought this because I thought I could hit the ball with my clubs. There is no such happiness. You're better off using simple donut-style weights. Donut weights are much easier and more convenient to use.

Pros
  • Weight training machine
Cons
  • Nothing here

Ideal for warming up before a game or practice

I used to use old donut shaped weights on old persimmons (yes I'm old) and they don't work on graphite shafts so I was looking for a load that would work on the new ones Titan driver heads could be placed. Not only does this work, but I can also place it firmly on the stick so that it doesn't slip off. I can use it on any club, not just the driver, when I'm practicing to feel my swing and I can use it before teeing off when I don't have time to hit the golf ball on the course to help me relax…

Pros
  • Sports and Outdoors
Cons
  • Working Speed
