The basis of my first aid kit.

I have purchased this product twice and rely on it when I feel a cold coming on. When I travel, it's in my pocket; especially when i'm on a plane. My daughter noticed its effectiveness and also attests to its ability to boost the immune system.

Sugar in a health product? No thank you.

Over the years we have used micronutrient products for many things. I love this particular product EXCEPT (this is a big exception) that it should have NO sugar! I missed it. If someone is using this to boost immunity, sugar is a terrible idea. Hope this gets fixed soon

Hydrate Your Body is good for diet and sports nutrition

Hello, I work with a body massage therapist and I recommend these tablets dissolved in water to almost all of my clients. I even had a client in his fifties who used a cane, partly because his muscles were cramping from lack of hydration. After a session with me and using these electrolytes daily, he gave up the cane for good after a few days :)
