I used this in my car cd player after some cds started skipping. You will be prompted to go to Lane 3 to clean up. Although I've never heard the music from track 3 (not sure I should have) and have repeatedly gotten a 'disc error', the erasing seems to have worked as none of the CDs I've played since played were skipped. I looped it 12-15 times to give it every chance to clean up. It seems to work!

The CD player in my 2005 Camry will not load a newly inserted CD. The same thing happened when I first inserted the cleaning disc. The second time I put the disc in, I didn't wait for the autoload to load, I manually set the player to track 1 and let the disc do its work. After just one cleaning, the CD player ran like new. I will now be using this as a preventive measure in all my cars CD players. A very happy customer.

It didn't work for me. I tried the scratch removal process several times and got no love. Of course, the packaging says that deep or severe scratches cannot be repaired, so it is risky to buy.
