Fork teeth tend to chip when used in an air hammer. The metal is too soft for the purpose for which it was made. I would return it as defective but the first time I tried it in my air hammer was after the return date had passed.

Great tool set. For myself and my limited knowledge of auto repairs, I believe the grip you use should be longer or have an option to add an extra piece or two. Difficult to hit as the striking end is under the wing. Load up a little more and add some screw extensions to the kit so you can really brute force it. All in all a good set to have.

Quality solid material, won't bend or cut like clockwork like regular cheap pickle forks and the air hammer attachment is pretty handy although only the largest fork has been machined big enough to screw the knobs fully, others are about half tightened, and it's best to add some lateral pressure by tightening the nut until the knob is screwed in.

I only needed this set for one time use but after reading the reviews I opened it up to check and one look told me that it was junk but i only needed it for a job so i reconsidered the poor quality and indeed i soon discovered that the exact size forks i needed was cut and drilled crookedly by the chinese factory that made them when I screwed in the knob. The fork was pointing up and at an angle, then I tried the next size up and found the threads were so tight I could only thread the knob 1/4…
