🚴 Unleash Your Ride with Maxxis Holy Roller BMX/Urban Bike Tire Review

I bought these for a powerful e-bike with a hot rod rear hub motor. 26" x 2.2" front and rear purchased. This current set now has 1000 miles on Tarmac/Trail. I LOVE these tires. For tarmac I blow them down to around 60psi and the rolling resistance is pretty low and quiet. For trail/dirt I lower the pressure to about 35psi and they are grippy and confident. After 1000 miles the rear tire profile gets pretty thin and it's time for a new pair. They are perfect for what I use them for.

The bad first. This tire behaves quite badly on wet roads. Even in small puddles and wet spots, they run over you. I've mounted them on an e-bike and they're great on paved roads, gravel trails and hard dirt. Basically similar to BMX bike tires for MTB. Rolls fast, strong, large tread, durable. One of the best qualities of a tire is cornering. I used 3 other sets of tires and again the added weight of the e-bike made it patchy. They are smooth and round so the transition is more predictable…

Mounted front and rear on a 2008 sl specialized enduro. Moved from AZ to WI and the terrain is much smoother and faster here - hence the purchase. This one Tires are the coolest ass around! VERY fast skates, been on some very rocky and rutted (is that a word?) trails and they gave me no problems. Price is average but so far seems worth it. Me only have about 35 miles on them so sorry - not the best view for durability.If you need low rolling resistance and don't appreciate corner blur then this
