I used the standard 24mm size that came with my pump in style for months. I hated pumping, truly hated it. So much so that I contemplated weaning on a regular basis because of how painful and miserable the whole experience was. However, I enjoy breastfeeding, so I didn't really want to stop. After discovering that different flange sizes can make a difference in comfort and production, I searched around and found these. Very affordable but they don't last long. I use these maybe once a week and they lasted about 3 months before the plastic cracked and started coming apart. I used these as backup parts, my primary medella pump parts are still holding up and I use those about 10ish times a week and have had them for 6 months.

Got tired of washing the pump parts every time I used it, especially at night. I bought it mainly to sleep thru the night without washing. It’s not as comfortable as the original one that came with tue machine, but it works really well and fits regular Dr. Brown bottles. I used it for over 3 months now. Worth every penny!

This is s great kit at a fair price. Thanks for making quality, affordable items for pumping moms. I keep a pair at work, and one at home to avoid accidentally forgetting them. I ordered the 21 mm flange and it appears to be larger than my other set (made by a different company), causing some discomfort. The flange size isn’t printed anywhere on the product so I don’t know if they sent me the wrong size or if the sizing is off.

I want to thank the founding dads of Maymom for recognizing that women's nipples come in wider ranges of shapes and sizes. The smallest flange size Medela has is 21mm. This should be the standard issued size with your pump! there is little to no info given on breast shield sizes when your starting your journey to breastfeeding and pumping, and having this little piece of info can be a game changer!
