I do Krav Maga so protection is a must. It was by far the most comfortable assistant of those which I've tried (Shock Doctor etc.) Even after 2 hours of sparring it's comfortable, only gripe is that it tends to be a bit small in the pocket.

This pendant is amazing. Unlike any other aid I have worn over the years, this one is extremely comfortable. Other brands' belt invade your waste and uncomfortable to wear. With this assistant I can concentrate on the game and not on the constant tweaking.

Loved the included stand and mug; but I don't wash very well every week. That means I can change the cup and wash the props when I get there. The Pro is one of the few that conforms to the contours of my body and is comfortable for hours on end. I've been using the cup and support for a while and the support has worn down many times and the elasticity is lasting. Disadvantages - none so far.

I bought this bandage for use in the gym without a cup. I can say that this stand definitely doesn't support anything when used without a bowl. It's very big. The bandage must be tight in order for it to do its job. The bag doesn't look like a bag. It has no outline; it's basically a flat piece of fabric. I needed an assistant to help me with fitness and sports. It is well suited for large sizes. The only thing I need is a bigger cup for my boys. I need more space, but that's ok. It reduced the pain during training when my boys got hit. I'm considering buying a larger mug that might go with it. If not, I may need to purchase a coaster with a larger cup capacity.
