I needed an assistant to help me with fitness and sports. It is well suited for large sizes. The only thing I need is a bigger cup for my boys. I need more space, but that's ok. It reduced the pain during training when my boys got hit. I'm considering buying a larger mug that might go with it. If not, I may need to purchase a coaster with a larger cup capacity. Not sure if buying an XL prop would help as the issue isn't the waist size, it's the cup itself. However, this product is almost as comfortable as not wearing it. Front cup is fine. Although I would have liked more space. In general, if you have smaller boys, it's not so bad. As a 6'2 tall guy I need more room.
