The ease of use for managing our fleet documents from my home computer is great! I can easily log in at any time day or night while away with no problem as it syncs seamlessly when back online once logged out (which seems like something that could be improved). I like that it is easy for my customers who are not technically savvy at all or have no experience with software in general (this includes myself). It's also very user friendly once you get used too its features! It is user friendly and easy to use for all users in our organization. Easy access of files from any location/device which makes it very useful tool when working remotely or traveling. I wish we had more options while editing documents as this would be helpful at times. Also sometimes there are issues with saving or sending attachments that have been edited before saving them.
