Cheap product does not work! DO NOT BUY

Cheap product, never buy again, used on my 02 BMW 325XI does not work, I checked the fuse and wiring, they were fine, I checked, leave my oil The leak persisted, but soon the oil level went below the mark on the dipstick and stopped working.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Communication with seller

I had to drain the oil and install a better sensor. No more leaks

Installed this oil level sensor. A day later I had a big oil leak under the car, upon further inspection I found that the sensor in the electrical connector was leaking. I had to drain the oil and install a better sensor. There are no more leaks. $35 oil loss, not to mention 2 hours of work. Do not buy this brand. I got what I paid for.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Hard to tell

It only expired after 3 weeks.

I bought this oil level sensor to replace one that lasted 16 years. After 3 weeks it started leaking making my garage floor a huge mess. Three weeks! To ensure a good fit I replaced it with a genuine OEM part which was much more expensive. Bottom line, don't be fooled by the lower prices of non-OEM parts - this part is a piece of crap. It ended up costing me more money and time! If you value your time and money, don't buy this junk.

Pros
  • GOLS Certificate
Cons
  • Operating Speed

oil no longer burns when i start my 99 bmw 323i!

Arrived quickly and on time, installed when changing the oil, everything was quick and easy. 3 screws and the old one came out, the new one fitted perfectly and easily. The gasket was fine, I checked for leaks a few days later and found no trace of oil. Once I installed it, my car stopped showing the amber oil light on startup and hasn't had any problems since. Very satisfied with delivery and service. Was cheap, easy to install and worked great. So far very satisfied.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Frequency

I saved so much money

The reason I bought this was because every time I started my BMW a yellow oil light came on on my dash. After I replaced the old sensor with this one, the problem went away. The best part is that the sensor works great! I changed the oil (bmw 323i) and checked if the sensor would detect if the car was out of oil and it did. The red oil light on the dash came on, so yes the sensor is working fine. The sensor is easy to install, just loosen a few bolts on the oil pan and replace the old one…
