landing problems. best in Measuring & Marking Tools

Real solid components, the problem is the ruler doesn't fit the groove. I had to file down a nice red aluminum to get it working. Not impressed. Supplied with spare screw and Allen key.

Acceptable for what I paid

Good tool, works. As with all measurement tools that are not calibrated/certified, you must validate the accuracy, e.g. B. 90ยบ/45ยบ squares or otherwise before using them for tracing. In this case the center viewfinder has an offset of 0.5mm so I fix that and I'm done. In addition, the ruler already has dents from the fastening screws.

The ruler locking mechanism is unreliable.

The tool to use is great for centering the circle material to find the center. The only problem is that the locking screws don't snap into the ruler. Maybe a way to safely block this that I'll have to investigate as it's a good tool for my use. The screws are tight so I don't know how to fully fasten this yet.
