Temperature resistance excellent, design very poor. I've been using these gloves for 12 days. I carried out the welding process with the 7018 electrode in various positions. tl;dr: Nomex and Kevlar work, but the sleeves are too short for normal American men. Welding of UV rays by plasma arc. I now have quite a UV burn on my left bicep due to the gap between these sleeves and the short sleeve shirt. My fault, clearly. I don't blame anyone but myself.
