I like that we are able to create our own patient profiles for both patients in-house at work or out of town so they can be easily seen by their provider without having to reenter information every time - which keeps us organized! The system allows me (as an administrator) to make sure everyone is doing what's needed when it comes to documentation/billing etc., but also gives my employees control over who sees what within their area of responsibility / departmental role.
