I like that we are able to create our own patient profiles for both patients in-house at work or out of town so they can be easily seen by their provider without having to reenter information every time - which keeps us organized! The system allows me (as an administrator) to make sure everyone is doing what's needed when it comes to documentation/billing etc., but also gives my employees control over who sees what within their area of responsibility / departmental role. We do not have any issues using MedAs; however, if there were ways to further customize how you could set up your profile page. For example, instead of creating pages manually one would really appreciate being given options about where certain data fields should go once created. It has been very beneficial since implementing this software solution into our practice management platform; all staff members use same interface whether working from home or office environment.
