NOT GIGABIT is the best among computers and accessories

I received this cable because I bought an Apple TV 4K with a gigabit port. I would connect However, my router can tell me if it's a gigabit connection if the router white is solid white. Yellow means this is not the case. . This connected cable showed NOT GIGABIT in yellow light. I made other connections with a different cable just to be sure. and of course my router is a white light connected to an Apple TV. gigabits. I noticed it after 2 years. But back then I didn't have a gigabit Apple TV…

Good network cable, just what I needed.

I ordered this product for fear of a fake, but I received an original product / exactly what I ordered. The cable came in a box clearly labeled Mediabridge. Mediabridge is also written on the cable itself at regular intervals. The quality of the received cable is good. I used this cable with my Xbox One. The speed I see on internet speed tests is almost what I am paying for from my ISP. I have no complaints. I've been using it for a few days with no problems.

50ft could not transmit gigabit signals or USB 2.0 over ethernet

I tried two of these for a 50ft connection to HP's high performance rackmount gigabit switch but neither could deliver gigabit speeds, 100 total Mbps I've also tried both with USB 2.0 over Ethernet and neither worked. Replaced with two other cables that were only slightly more expensive and the other brand worked fine for both gigabit ethernet and USB 2.0 over ethernet. To be honest they ran 8 feet near power lines, so I suspect it's a lack of shielding and thin jacketing that make these cables

The plastic part breaks easily

Bought for working from home and needing a solid connection. I've been using it once or twice a week for a while now. However, when I unplugged the cable from my laptop today, it wouldn't budge. It didn't matter if I pressed very hard or almost completely, I couldn't turn off the laptop. When I was finally able to pull it out, I noticed that the clear plastic part was torn. Now I'm afraid to use it again. I need to be able to disconnect when I bring my laptop to the office. Very disappointed.

Great deal on 50ft cables

I installed three of the 50ft cables, one for the printer and two for the TV. Everything works great and I don't notice any attenuation in the bandwidth. However, if you have a situation where cabling is difficult and your device can operate in the 5GHz band, and you have (or buy) a decent router that operates in that band, you can get better bandwidth at 5GHz Find. GHz (compared to 2.4 GHz) eliminates the need for hardwiring. Of course, if you're worried about signal interception, that's…

Cables and connections are still popular

I bought these in May 2020 when I started working from home. I have a computer connected to a router and have no complaints about the network cable. My only bummer it's way cheaper than when I bought it! I tried other cables before buying this one and the connector kept snagging and eventually broke. I really like this cable with a little protective coating to keep it from snagging. I live in a hobbit sized house so the length is even longer than I really need, but I'd rather have more than not

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Long delivery time

I bought this product because I needed an ethernet cable long enough to get into my room and connect directly to the router without affecting the connection. I plugged it directly into my TV and laptop and was able to get the best speeds with no connection issues. I can easily stream 4K quality video to my TV, and I can do the same on my laptop via USB-C. I have bought more expensive cables of various lengths from Walmart which are terrible. This ethernet cable is a worthwhile and reliable…

Great Media streaming 50' network cable

I replaced the CAT5 cable with this one and now I can use my NAS in my office as a media server in my living room on my streaming device. With the old cable I had a lot of buffering and lag. You are gone! This stuff works great. I was a bit apprehensive before buying it because it didn't appear to be CAT6 certified but promised CAT6 speed. I'm a believer now. I had to cut one of the RJ45 connectors to run the cable through a 1/4" hole in a couple of walls, but I crimped a new one (pattern B)…
